Terms and Conditions

At Tourist Land Resort Limited, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our Cancellation and Reservation Policy below before making a reservation.

1. Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been processed successfully.

2. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for all room types.
  • Failure to cancel within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.
3. Name and Date Amendments
  • Amendments made 48 hours or more prior to arrival: No fee applies.
  • Amendments made between 48 and 24 hours prior to arrival: A fee of 50% of the total stay cost will apply.
  • Amendments made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or on the day of arrival: A fee of 100% of the total stay cost will apply.
4. Cancellation Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before scheduled check-in.
  • Partial Refund (Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before check-in): A refund of 50% of the total stay cost will be issued.
  • No Refund (Cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show): The full amount will be charged with no refund applicable.
5. Early Departure

Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled checkout date will still be charged for the entire duration of the originally booked stay.

6. Check-in and Check-out Times
  • Check-in Time: 1:00 PM  
  • Check-out Time: 1:00 PM  
  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur an additional fee ranging from 25% to 100% of the standard room rate.
7. Group Bookings (5+ Rooms)

Group reservations consisting of five or more rooms are subject to customized terms and conditions, which may include stricter cancellation policies. Please contact our reservations team directly for detailed information and arrangements.

8. Promotional or Package Bookings

Reservations made under promotional offers or bundled packages may be non-refundable and non-modifiable. These terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

9. Important Notes
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and processing.
  • Tourist Land Resort Limited reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to new bookings only.
  • By completing a reservation with Tourist Land Resort Limited, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
